In my younger days, I read a lot of Asimov - including his mysteries and non-fiction science articles. But I do not recall seeing Murder at the ABA. But he was a prolific writer and it's not surprising I missed some of his works.

I've been meaning to ask, the books about the alien detective. Do they follow a timeline? Like do you need to start reading from the very first book or can you just pick one that catches your interest the most and you won't have knowledge gaps?
They are extremely chronological, so reading them in order is recommended, otherwise you would probably end up very lost. Each plot is separate, but the series is almost like one continuous serial. If a person gets hurt in one book, he might still be hurt in the next book; if two people argue in one book, they might still be mad at each other in the next book, etc.

I think Asimov only wrote around 500 books, so it would be possible to miss a few. :)
